Location: Redmond
Compensation: $27.41/hour
Hours: Regular full-time 40 hours/week, subject to normal school year furloughs (furloughs are approximately a total of 8 weeks per year)

NeighborImpact's Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide comprehensive early childhood education and family support services to economically disadvantaged families in Central Oregon. These programs serve children from prenatal stages through age five, integrating high-quality early education with essential services such as health screenings, nutrition, and family advocacy.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Bilingual ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance) assists the ERSEA Coordinator in maintaining full enrollment in the Head Start/Early Head Start programs by processing applications, conducting in-person interviews, and determining income eligibility. This role will also assist in maintaining the data system (ChildPlus) while ensuring compliance with policies, correspond with parents regarding application status, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, they support recruitment efforts, collaborate with the ERSEA team, and communicate effectively with community partners, and attend relevant meetings and trainings as assigned.
Required
o 2 + years experience of full time equivalent office, administrative, social services, or customer service work, and/or
o Professional certifications in family services or ERSEA
