Classifications/Selections Analyst: Human Resources Analyst 9-P11/12

The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, organized, ensures compliance with rules and regulations, and is interested in working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment. This position serves as a Human Resources Analyst performing a full range of classifications/selections activities (e.g., establishing, reclassifying, and structuring of positions, posting job vacancies, etc.) serving the Department of Transportation.   

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience working in a human resource office. 
• Ability to interpret, apply, and explain information from various sources. 
• Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• A keen attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills.
