Job Summary

The process of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting financial representatives will be conducted and continuously improved. Creativity, exceptional communication skills and drive to achieve goals are critical in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specific selection process accountability to include but not limited to: screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting initial interviews, administering selection tools, & guiding candidates through the selection process
  • Maintain quality relationships with candidates, advisors, and colleagues to build a referral-based culture to bolster the selection process
  • Implement additional sourcing strategies such as developing community relationships and maintaining an online presence to drive exposure to the Financial Representative role
  • Analyze recruiting ratios to identify inefficiencies in the process; establish and implement improvements
  • Prepare activity/results for leadership team meetings and coordinate regular meetings to review, assess, and establish actions based on the data
  • Develop proficiency and use of home office-supported software to maintain candidate databases
  • Assist the onboarding team in supporting candidates through the pre-training and post-selection process

Minimum Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior listening skills and professional phone communication
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
  • Possesses self- motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Committed to professional growth and development, independent learner that seeks knowledge
