This position is part of the US Election Assistance Commission. The incumbent will be responsible for serving a key role in the Voting System Testing and Certification and Voting System Test Laboratory (VSTL) Programs. They will also serve three distinct roles: 1) Project Manager 2) Assistant Auditor for Quality Assurance & Quality Management Systems; and 3) Election Technology Liaison.

To qualify, applicants must have one-year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized experience. Specialized experience is experience which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. More specifically, specialized experience for this position is defined as: At least one year of experience conducting testing and / or evaluation of complex systems in accordance with technical standards or regulatory requirements; interpreting, applying, or reviewing technical documentation to assess compliance; and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders to prepare technical reports or briefings for technical and non-technical audiences.
