The Position
Under administrative direction, the Manager of Public Affairs is responsible for leading all efforts to develop and implement the RTAA’s strategic communications and content strategies. This position is often on camera and also serves as a key liaison between executive leadership and both external and internal audiences, ensuring cohesive messaging that advances organizational priorities.

Note: While RTAA does have a flexible work arrangement policy, the expectation is that the person selected for this role will primarily work on site.
Salary: $92,600-$113,900 a year with an opportunity for annual, merit-based increases to a range maximum of $135,200 annually. Initial salary placement will be based upon experience and qualifications.
