What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of legislative processes.
  • Experience within Florida government or public sector environments.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing and presentation development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership through research, analysis, and coordination.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience working in a government-sector role related to the responsibilities outlined in this position.
    OR

  • 7 years of experience working in a government-sector role related to the responsibilities outlined in this position. 

  • Project Management certification is a plus.
