The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) cares for Oregon’s fish and wildlife and habitat on behalf of everyone. Your New Role
As the Public Records & Process Analyst located in Salem, Oregon, you will serve a critical role in supporting the Director’s Office by ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency within the agency. This position coordinates public records requests, manages retention schedules, supports rulemaking processes, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Natural Resource Area, or a related field and two years experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties.
OR
Five years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties.
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties.
Note: This experience may be in the form of paralegal or legal assistant studies.
