Selections Coordinator The Selections Coordinator is a technical design administrator responsible for organizing, documenting, and communicating all project selection information. This role ensures selections are accurate, aligned with construction requirements, and clearly communicated to project teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all selection data, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and documentation
Accurately input and update information across project documents and tracking systems
Review construction plans, specifications, and proposals to ensure alignment with project scope
Analyze vendor and subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure material accuracy and availability
Track deadlines and ensure all selections are finalized in alignment with construction schedules
Serve as a central point of communication for selection-related information
What We're Looking For:
2–4 year degree in Construction Management, Interior Design (technical focus), or related field or equivalent experience
Experience in construction, building materials, or material sales preferred
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and documentation
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and proposals
Detail-oriented with data entry, organized, and deadline-driven
Strong communication skills across clients, vendors, and internal teams
