The purpose of this position is to assist the Registration Team in elections administration, voter registration and records management. This position requires integrity, ability to work within a team, and the ability to function independently. The successful individual will be detail oriented and possess a desire to serve the public in exercising their right to vote.
Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience in a related field required; Including experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Licenses or Certifications:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Within six months of employment, must obtain MEOC & GEROC certification.

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in performance of the essential functions and learn, comprehend, and apply all Federal, State, Local, Municipal, and County Elections departmental policies, practices, and procedures necessary to function effectively in this position.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is sedentary work which requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Requires mental acuity including the ability to make rational decisions through sound logic and deductive processes, the ability to express ideas by means of the spoken word and have close visual acuity.
