Receives, maintains inventory of, and stores polling location supplies and forms. Coordinates with the Technology Resource Coordinator to determine the amount of supplies needed based upon the number of polling locations in the election as well as possible voter turnout. Facilitates and creates the supply kits used during early voting and election day. Coordinates with the Help Desk and runners to get needed supplies to polling locations. Supervises temporary staff during the assembly and distribution of supply kits for each election.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) full-time years of clerical experience. Administrative and elections experience is preferred.
Valid and current driver license.
Must be eligible and able to obtain forklift certification upon hire.
Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and similar software.
Organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to clearly communicate goals and objectives.
If hired, must provide proof of educational attainment at new hire processing
Tarrant County will conduct background checks on new hires that will include a criminal background check related to convictions and deferred adjudication in the past seven years and may include financial history reports, motor vehicle records, employment records and educational attainment.
