This role is responsible for ensuring that hiring practices are efficient, compliant, data-driven, and aligned with organizational workforce needs.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in recruitment operations, structured selection processes, and candidate evaluation, along with the ability to guide hiring managers through consistent and effective hiring practices.
